SOURDOUGH-BASED PASTRIES

Using Monterey Jack Cheese, fresh chives and onions, these muffins are a moist tasty snack. Either in plain cheese or kalamata.
OAT MUFFINS
Only the very traditional recipe and techniques are used in creating our standout muffins. Using the never-fail combination of butter, brown sugar and oats, mixed with free range eggs, we’ve created our famous oat muffins.
BRAN MUFFINS
Following an old Canadian recipe, using Organic Bran, Free Range Eggs, Brown Sugar and Cassia, we’ve created these traditional Bran Muffins.
