IRISH SODA
The starting point of our twenty year-old Bakery, this traditional un-yeasted Irish damper is simply made with organic wholemeal unbleached flours, whole milk, honey, soda and a pinch of sea salt. An excellent nourishing versatile bread.

WALNUT
A generous handful of walnuts added our Ireland base yielding a gorgeous savoury bread. This wholesome textured loaf is the ideal accompaniment to a cheese platter or salad.

FRUIT
Our delicious Ireland base is combined with plump Australian raisins, sultanas and currants, together with our secret spice mix. This is simply the best, most delectable fruit bread in the universe.
